What to Include in Your Enquiry
Providing a few key details helps speed things up and ensures accurate pricing.
Helpful information includes:
- Sticker or label type
- Approximate size and quantity
- Intended use (packaging, products, promotions, etc.)
- Artwork file (if available)
- Any deadlines or timing considerations
If artwork isn’t ready yet, you can still request a quote and provide files later.
Submitting Artwork
Artwork can be uploaded directly through the form or sent after your enquiry is received. Files are checked before printing to ensure sizing, bleed, and layout are suitable.
If adjustments are needed to improve accuracy or fit, you’ll be advised before production begins.
Proofing Before Printing
All orders include a digital proof for approval. This allows you to review layout, sizing, and placement before anything goes to print.
Printing only proceeds once approval is confirmed.
Turnaround & Delivery
Once artwork is approved, production begins according to the agreed timeline. Orders are packed and shipped Australia-wide, with free standard shipping available on eligible orders.
If timing is important, mention this in your enquiry so options can be discussed early.
Not Sure Where to Start?
If you’re unsure which option suits your project, that’s completely fine. Many customers start with a general enquiry and refine details after discussing their needs.
